Sausage and veg casserole for yesterday and today.

Mince in gravy with mash and kale tonight. It has a huge chunk of yellow marrow in it, chopped up in little bits that will disintegrate in the pressure cooker. I feel so crafty hiding the veg lol

Roast lamb with everything

B. Coconut vegan yogurt and granola (10p)
L. Sourdough Olive ciabatta.
D. Green sausages (Green vegetables, cheese, pesto, mushrooms, spinach and brown rice ) and some homemade ratatouille I found in the freezer.

Total cost = 10p

Same as last night. Roast lamb

Same as last night - mince in gravy, but with rice this time. Can't taste it as I've got a cold. At least I know it has a boat load of veg in it

D. Homemade ratatouille mixed with half a tin of Heinz 5 beans and one leftover sausage from yesterday

Last night soup with a toasted cheese sandwich, this evening veggie burger, lettuce, toms, cuc and onions with sauté potatoes.

Homemade burgers no idea what variety yet with all the toppings (mayo, mustard, Tommy sauce, onions, cheese and a small mountain of salad) & coleslaw

Bought two nice pork chops with a diddy bit of stuffing included from Morries last night.They weren't YS but were only £1.20 for two so  will make a nice cheap evening meal with a few veg from plot added.
