Yesterday and today Garlic roast lamb with roast veg, kale, french beans and carrots.

Probably summat beans. Made stock from chicken carcass and have roasted cherry toms from freezer also some tomato dollop. Beginning to look like chill to me Smile

Thai red fish curry with rice.

Chicken tikka with mash with onion and grilled red peppers on the side.

Haddock with a cheese and onion sauce....probably with rice

Pork fried rice with Chinese style kale
