Start as I mean to go on 

Fish finger roll chips & salad last night.

Baked squash with salad tonight.

Haggis tonight, it's a toss up between vegetarian or normal, bought both to see what the veggie one was like, although vegetarian haggis sounds like an oxymoron.

Yesterday veggie burgers topped with lettuce and mayo.

Eaten with pasta, courgette, mushroom, garlic with some stilton stirred in.

Edited to say this evening our usual tagliatelle and bol.

Beetroot and hazelnut Bites with a Pomegranate Glaze - with potato mash,
The beetroot thingies were really nice (Vegan), part of Morries Christmas specials.
"Deliciously rich, made with beetroot, red peppers, sundried tomato paste and toasted hazelnuts. wrapped in a crisp beetroot crumb with a sachet of Pomegranate Glaze". Was £3 now 75p - unsuitable for freezing. Guess who just pulled them out of the freezer. Absolutely nothing wrong with them.

We’ll see in the morning Veggie!!

I expect there'll be the usual "beetroot" effect - don't panic.
