I made soup with onion, potato, courgette, and atomic grape tomatoes from the garden, plus a random old apple, a tin of chickpeas, and a couple of stock cubes. Very tasty!

D. Added a tin of chilli beans to the remains of the carrot soup and ate it with the last of the Olive focaccia.

Home made turkish throwback - chargrilled chicken in home made flatbreads with salad, tomatoes, garlic sauce and turkish potato salad (spiced with mint, parsley, sumac, chilli flakes, sea salt and pepper), with red peppers and spring onion. Very nice indeed.

Boneless lamb chops cooked in tomato,mushrooms & onion with added herbs. Served with mashed swede in butter, new potatoes and brocolli.

Made up recipe which worked very well. Kato  sampled and enjoyed everything apart from she spuds which he didn't like.

Slow cooker Beef and veg casserole for yesterday and today.

Meatless Monday today so I am going to try this 'store cupboard' recipe as i have all the ingredients to hand!

PS As its only for me and I only have one tin of chickpeas I'll halve the ammounts.
