Slow cook beef steak and lamb kidney with onions carrots and potatoes. It was lovely and flavoursome as I used a 1/4 bottle of French dry rosé in the gravy.

Spatchcock peri peri chicken with Jersey Royals, cauli,carrots and french beans.

Chili con carne yesterday, with rice and home made garlic bread. Jay said it was beautiful (not bad for a man that refused it completely a year ago haha). I enjoyed the last bits of cauliflower cheese I had made the night before as a side dish.

Tonight we have nothing, as we had a massive pub meal early afternoon and we're all still full lol

Fish finger sarnies in some Free Scotch Rolls. (Anyone know why they're Scotch?)
