Tuna pasta bake using my tomatoes and oregano.

Turf n surf .   Pan fried Yellow sticker coconut curry steak with YS smoked haddock, YS Asparagus and salad.  Steak was so nice it was worthy of it's full price.

Luckily I wasn’t very hungry so had cheesy oatcakes and Bob had the fish pie to himself as it wasn’t very big and he couldn’t be bothered cooking any veg to go with. Apparently it was disgusting   .

Tonight we’re having Singapore noodles with home grown bean sprouts.

Spag bol tonight because we thought it was the sprog's last night here before she goes to her mum's house for college in Hull. She's decided she's staying here until Monday which is lovely, and she can help eat the leftovers lol

Fishy Friday today so 'Lazy man's' fish and chips from local chippy.

Carbonara tonight.
