Roast vegetable soup with a big chunk of bread.

Had that today............without the mash of course as I am trying to stay keto.
Was with cauli, carrots and yellow stickered sugar snap peas. Enough left for another meal, possibly tomorrow or day after as its fishy Friday tomorrow.

And I'm having it all again tonight, as there was so much left over. I love how far a pack of mince goes.

Chilli con carne with boiled rice
Fishy Friday was ditched in favour of having another portion of what I had yesterday!
Only difference was the addition of gravy as veggies were a bit dry!
I also had sliced apple,sliced banana and dried cranberries with double cream for afters. Kato loves cream and sat drooling over me which was a bit offputting, but he does like to lick out the bowl of cream afterwards!
