Sunday can only be Roast Day.

Chicken, Roasties, stuffing, parsnips, mashed carrot, swede and squash, Cauli, brocolli and sprouts.
Same as Knotty, I likes my Sunday dinner, always have,always will!

Today it's Pork Chops with tiny spuds,carrots & Cauli/brocolli mix.
As everyday is a Sunday...curry tonight ;)
It's no cook night, so a ping dinner which happens to be curry tonight
Same as last night which ended up being chilli. We made lots of it. Followed by rhubarb & vanilla cake.
B. Banana (1p)
L. Sourdough toast with salmon paste (20p) and GH lettuce
Sourdough custard doughnut.
D. Leftover YS vegan sausages (12p), mixed root mash and a mess of greens (kale, lovage, apple mint).

Total - 33p
I was fishing on Saturday so made a rainbow trout Paella. While I was on I used some of my trout goujons to have a go at making trout Gravalax and froze the rest for another day.

Trout is lovely as gravlax Smile I prefer it chunky so tend to use seatrout, but normal trout works too, and it's faster to cure Smile
