Chicken curry

Sausage, eggs, chips and mushrooms this evening.

Ribeye steak and scranbled eggs with chopped garlic scapes for late breakfast, then after a hard days fishing a bit of a concoction. Oven cooked Chorizo flavoured sausages with cottage cheese and blackcurrant & ginger jam on top. Not as bad as it sounds actually.

I had the rest of last nights chicken curry. Bob had nachos.

B. Strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Toasted cheese bread
D. A box of something I'd made last year from the freezer - chickpeas, courgettes, french beans, onions and tomatoes. Must have been using up all the leftovers!!

Corned beef pie, mushy peas and gravy.

How did you label that for the freezer Veggie? 'Summat from leftovers'   Today for me will be slow cooked cheap joint of brisket with mayb a bit of horseradish sauce.!

No cook Sunday, it'll either be salad or a ready meal, YS of course

Label ?? What's that about then?? I do get caught out sometimes like when I thought a box of beetroot salad was blackberries and the apple puree was mashed potatoes. 
I like surprises.
