All Free apart from the Porridge oats that came from Hodmedods about a year ago.

Just had cheese and beetroot sandwich for tea as not cooked in time for dinner.

Dinner was veg curry (nearly all home grown) with mashed veg (potatoes, squash, carrots and leek)
