Roast beef with roast potatoes, parsnips and chantennay carrots. I had onion and beer in the pressure cooker in with the beef, so had the best gravy Smile
Yesterday, roast rolled pork with stuffing  with veg. I do like a traditional Sunday dinner! Cool

Today is meatless Monday but I have no idea what vegetarian dish I am going to conjure up yet? Huh

Yes I have,and it's chickpea curry and rice.
Yesterday faggots with mashed potatoes and mushy peas.
This evening tuna pasta bake.
B. Sourdough toast & plum jam 2
L. Sourdough toast. the last of the leftover tuna mayo, lettuce & rocket 2
Sourdough pastry thing.
D. Stirfry carrots, Chinese leaves, radish & a Quorn fillet leftover from yesterday - with Sweet Chilli Thai style sauce. 2.

Slight change to my accounting method - anything that's leftover from a previous day counts as FREE because I've already "paid" for it.
Therefore, its a FREE day and 6 points.
Paella tonight never had it before. It was shop brought, it was ok but no idea if it was good or not as never had one before.
If you like seafood, you know if a paella is good Smile

We had roast beef again tonight with the leftovers, and I made mini roast potatoes, cabbage and kale. No brussels, to Jay's disappointment.

Salmon fishcakes with Singapore noodles and veg stir fry.
Beans on toast for Jay, hake on lemon and coriander couscous with green beans and tomatoes
