Veggie Egg fried rice tonight. Because the beef joint we got out this morning, still isn’t defrosted.

Thick cut bacon & eggs for brekkie (cos I am sick of bacon cut so thinly you can see through it!) Beef mince for Kato and myself later.

Macaroni cheese.

Beef and veg casserole this evening.

B. Brioche buns and raspberry jam
L. Lettuce, cucumber, tomato and flaked almond salad with grapes and melon to follow.
D. YS sardines with courgettes in a spicy tomato sauce.

All FREE apart from the sardines.
