The usual Saturday meal. Chilli & rice

I had a whole chicken crown for dinner.. Come back Ribeye, all is forgiven. I had forgotten how tasteless chicken was!

Yesterday our usual Saturday evening tagliatelle and Bol.

This evening slow cooker Brisket, carrots mushrooms and onions with mashed potatoes and cabbage.

Spaghetti bolognaise.

B. Raspberries, strawberries & granola
L. Toasted cheese bloomer
D. Left over Pakora, samosas & onion bhaji with minted baby potatoes.

All FREE apart from the granola.

Carrot soup with honey & sunflower seed loaf.

Same again this evening   no cooking just needs reheating.

L. Sourdough toast & Marmite
D. Panfried cod in a sandwich.

All Free except the granola and Marmite.

Bacon & eggs this morning and yellow sticker grilled lamb chops this evening!

B -Pinhead oats, strawberries and yoghurt
L - Sweet potatoes/cream cheese with mixed lettuce, cuc, and pickles.
D- Beef bhuna, rice, naan, chutney and a yoghurt dip

snacks- scone, and a dish of fruit.

It does look a lot now its written down.
