B. Sourdough toast & jam
L. Vegan sliced "meat" in bread roll with Onion chutney
D. YS Salmon and "potato crush with Spring Greens"
All FREE apart from the salmon (£1.05 for 2 fillets - one left for tomorrow).

Tuna, bean and pasta bake,
'Old Mother Hubbard' hasn't got a look in. RolleyesI  checked the fridge and had a punnet of mushrooms a head of brocolli and two heads of garlic. Came up with a very tasty recipe and used the lot! Big Grin Only a 'glup' of oyster sauce and a spalsh of Soy sauce added. Cool The whole house stinks of garlic, but who the heck cares? Huh

Corned beef pie for us this evening not made one for ages.
Roast beef with all the important things
Strange one for me today as I usually like my traditional Sunday dinner. Rolleyes I just had a fancy for liver and onions, so that's what I had, with carrots,sprouts and brocolli and raspberry trifle for afters.
I love liver and onions Vinny, Mrs went to London Friday to see our sons for mothers day so I had it Friday and another lot is just cooking Smile

L. Sourdough Rye bread with green Olive spread
Sourdough jam doughnut
D. Quorn sausages in a sort of ratatouille with red beans that I found in the freezer.
A totally FREE day. Big Grin
