Chicken quesadillas with coleslaw

My OMAD lunch shared with Kato today was pan fried 20% fat mince coated with pulled beef and gravy from a slow cooked brisket joint from yesterday. As a treat I had a dark chocolate choc ice afterwards!

Steak, mushroom and potato pie with kale and carrots.

B. Sourdough toast with plum jam
L. Hummus, potato salad, lettuce and cucumber
Pear
D YS Vegan sausage rolls (38p)
Chocolate cake for later.

Lamb chops, mixed roast veggies (spuds, sweet spuds, pumpkin, shallots) and cauliflower & broccoli cheese.

Part of a leg of lamb cooked slowly.

Beans & egg on toast

B. Toast & marmalade
L. Bean and vegetable soup
D. Fish and chips with a difference - sea food sticks & sweet potato chips.
YS Chocolate cake

All FREE except the chocolate cake which was 80p. I probably ate 10p of it.

This evening sweet potatoes with mackerel, lettuce, spring onions, beth alpha cuc and a couple of toms that have ripened.
