It looks like it might need something, chillies?  Big Grin
A veggie lasagna this evening for us.
For brunch I had 4 X 1/4 pounders and five eggs. That's my food requirement's sorted for today, no more until tomorrow. Rolleyes
Egg mayo & salad sandwich.
B. Blueberries, yogurt (10p) & granola (10p)
L. Avocado & Labneh on toasted sourdough ciabatta
A peach
D. Stir fry of YS beansprouts (10p), mushrooms, and mangetout in a yellow bean sauce.
Cost - 30p
Bacon and omelerre for brekkie  and flash fried thin cut beef strips with fried grilling cheese and courgette for a late lunch.I couldn't resist utilising my first courgettes and will have a few of the last strawberries and cream soon Smile . Slight deviation from carnivore and after 2 months without veggies I'll just have to see how my gut microbiome reacts Huh
Lunch was sweet potatoes, mackerel, mixed lettuce, homemade coleslaw and cucumber.

Dinner will be soup with toasted cheese sandwiches
New pots, cod loin and cabbage
Two Denver steaks and an omelette for brunch. I'll just have to see whether this will do me all day or whether I need summat else later?
Edit: Forgotten I had caught a Rainbow trout yesterday so the fillets are in the oven and will be eaten later, probably with cottage cheese.
