Today!
B. Toast & marmalade
L. Avocado sandwich. Custard doughnut.
D. Stirfry - mini corn, mangetout, broccoli, spring onions, mushrooms and leftover vegan "bacon".

All FREE. Big Grin
Last night was toasted cheese, spring onion & tomato sandwich.

Tonight venison & veg curry with rice.
Some rump steak (which was like chewing an auld boot Luckily the eggs I had with it were tasty though Rolleyes . Because I  gave Kato most of the steak I cooked some sausage off but only ate four links as eight links were 2000 calories!!!! Cry

D. Toasted cheese on garlic focaccia.
All FREE
2 cheese tomato spring onion quesadillas.
OMAD steak & butter for lunch. (Rump steak again but a bit less 'chewy' than yesterdays for some reason?) Huh

PS I forgot to add that I had some YS tasteless raspberries after steak, wasted 42p
Soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.
B. Porridge & rhubarb
L. Peanut butter & banana sandwich
D. Chickpeas in tomato sauce, brussels sprouts, carrots and mash.

All FREE except the peanut butter.
Crumpets followed by grapes
Three 'smashburgers' for me and one for Kato.

Also had experimental scrambled eggs with cottage cheese beaten into the mix along with some chilli flakes! Deffo will make again in the near future and can't understand why I hadn't thought of it before?
