Finishing of yesterday’s brisket and veg.

Meatless monday so Chinese veg stir fry with oyster sauce and overpriced Tofu!(Twice the price of steak,pound for pound)

D. Leftover veg turned into soup - pumpkin & carrot mash, potatoes & chilli beans.

FREE day

A massive pot of Pheasant curry . There will be lot for the freezer.

Soup and toasted cheese sandwiches, fish fingers/lettuce Tatar sauce cobs for lunch.

Using Mr Kiplings terminology an Exceedingly hot chilli on buttered toast! It was so hot I don't think my mouth will take seconds, so the rest will go in the freezer for an exceedingly cold day! 

Steak, chips, tomato, peas & mushrooms

Roast chicken, rice, broccoli, kale and brussel sprouts for tea tonight. Yummy it was too.

Sourdough pastry thing.
D. YS Smoked salmon fillet (£1.14 for 2 = 57p tonight). Waitrose Potato Crush with Spring Greens (or the full Delia description - Tender baby potatoes, lightly crushed and tumbled with spring onions and spring greens, finished with a zesty lemon, smoked garlic and sea salt butter. (was £3.50!! to me FREE).
