Last night a rare slab of steak (a treat and cooked rare!), red cabbage & carrot slaw, polenta chips.
Tonight left over smoked sausage & black bean casserole from the freezer bulked with carrots & the last leek!

Corned beef pie with mushy peas and gravy.

Transitioning from semi-Keto to Carnivore so fried lambs liver, bacon & leek with steamed brocolli.

B. Sourdough bread and plum jam
L, Leftover Falafel and couscous
Sourdough Apple Bostock pastry
D. Jacket potato and baked beans
Redcurrant Bostock.

All FREE except the potato which was YS

A very interesting dinner!

A bird - Im still not sure what it was - slightly smaller than a pheasant, not gamey. Label lost!
With baked potatoes, carrots bakrd in a little left over wine. I made a peppercorn sauce for the bird.

Cheese and marmalade sarnie last night

Last night was rump steak in a spicy marinade with salad
Tonight is live & bacon with mash & cabbage

Soup with a toasted cheese sandwich this evening.

Sweet chilli salmon with scrambled eggs.
