Grilled pork chop new potatoes, York cabbage baby carrots and fresh parsley

Fishy Friday so Yellow sticker Ling & Sea Bass with Rainbow Trout I caught yesterday!

Chicken jalfrezi & mushroom rice.

B. Porridge with a dollop of jam
L. Hummus & coleslaw with bread.
D. Jacket potato & tuna mayo.
All free apart from the tuna which came from my LIDL job lot many moons ago.

Mixed meats again, belly pork, ribeye,prawns and eggs. Loving this carnivore diet.

Roast beef with all the trimmings followed by apple & rhubarb crumble. Feeding a friend today, who’s coming round to help fitting new mill engine.

Yesterday our usual Bol, then today its faggots, mashed potatoes and mushy peas.

My favourite, medium rare ribeye steak and prawns both cooked in butter!

B. Porridge with blackberries and raspberries from the freezer.
L. Potato waffles and a chocolate doughnut
D. Spanish Croquetas stuffed with spinach, pinenuts and raisins, with grilled mushrooms and potato, carrot and swede mash.

A FREE day.
