Mexican veggie stir fry with the stripped meat off two chicken legs added 5 minutes before end of cooking.
Chicken wings with chips, salad and Nando’s piri piri mayo.
B. Sourdough Fruit loaf toast
L. Sourdough toast with Green Olive paste and GH lettuce
D. Jacket potatoes with crabstick mayonnaise.

All FREE. Big Grin
Bought a yellow sticker small sliice of thin cut beef and wondered what to do with it? Cut it up into very thin strips with scissors, dipped strips in flour then a batter i made with an egg, flour and milk. Deep fried the strips and had with a salad. Put sweet chilli sauce on the beef strips and  Balsamic vinaigrette on the salad.
A cheap, filling, and tasty meal! Cool
Tomato soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.
Kidney bean curry with rice.
B. S/D toast & rhubarb and redcurrant jam
L. Bread roll with crabstick mayo and GH Rocket
D Vegan burgers with mushrooms, onion relish in a bread roll.

All FREE apart from the mushrooms, bought last week.

I overdiid it with the chilli which had more kick than expected and it was definately the hottest meal I have ever made! So much so that I had to down a glass of milk after it. Rolleyes

Will deffo make it again though as even though my lips are still tingling it was really tasty.

Just in case you thought I had forgot about Fishy Friday I had YS battered cod fillets and salad for lunch! Tongue
