Remains of peppered Pork Sunday dinner part deux!  Couldn't have it yesterday as it was meatless Monday!

Chicken curry with lots of veggies chucked in.

Tonight its just beans on toast, not had this for a long time.
Last night it was mainly out of the garden: roasted butternut squash, roast parsnips with a veg, tomato and quinoa mix.

Sourdough doughnut
D Farfalle pasta with mushrooms, butterbeans and Tuna in chilli oil. I stirfried the mushrooms and beans in the chilli oil before adding them to the pasta. Plenty left for a couple more meals.

All FREE apart from the mushrooms.

Salmon fishcakes with a cheesey filling and spicy salad.
