Beef massaman curry, slow cooked for 6 hours with boiled rice.

It’s pizza night. Bobs families last night on Mull (for this visit). So we all get to have pizza together.

This evening Mackerel, peas, pesto and  jacket potatoes.

D. Leftover Edamame & Mung bean Fettucine with mushrooms and red pesto.

A mix of meats throughout the day for me! Baon & eggs for brekkie, chicken wings for lunch, sardines for a snack and grilled lamb steaks this evening

New potatoes with salty butter, fried mushrooms and the leftover curry from last night

Spare ribs with salad and coleslaw

Chickpea and sweet potato tagine and couscous

B. Sourdough bread & mixed fruit jam
L. Sourdough ciabatta with hummus & coleslaw
A teacake.
D. The last of the fettucine with more mushrooms and the last bit of cheese.
All free apart from the cheese.
