D. Leftover 3 bean chilli and rice with a side of braised celery and shallots which was nicer than it sounds!

B. Stewed apple and blackberries with granola and yogurt
L. Raspberry jam on toast,
D Mushrooms, courgette, rice stirfried with 2 eggs mixed with soysauce. A sort of egg foo young, maybe?
All FREE except the granola and soy sauce.
Bacon and eggs before fishing and ribeye after fishing!
Veg and mushroom stir fry with rice.
Experimented with finely chopped lambs liver in my pan fried beef mince. Must admit I enjoy both seperate, but not together so won't be doing that again.
Waste not, want not though, I ate the lot, (apart from Kato's portion)
Finishing off last night vegan chilli
Two large rump steaks and three fried eggs for brunch at 11.00am
Four slices of fried black pudding along with mussels, all seasoned with salt, apple cider vinegar and chilli flakes for supper.

D. YS Frozen Sardine fillets with a spicy sauce (reduced to 74p in Morries now - may buy some more), potato croquettes.
All FREE except the sardines and I only ate half a packet.
