Two YS scotch eggs whilst driving home from morning workout and shopping. YS beef black bean sauce ready meal over a well matured grilled ribeye (three days out of date) for lunch and two YS smoked haddock fishcakes for Ron! Smile

I vary Veggie,sometimes OMAD,sometimes 2MAD,sometimes 3MAD and even 4MAD if the fancy takes me. My ideal scenario(and the eating program I most commonly adopt) is 2MAD wih no more than 6 hours between meals but lifes for living and I ain't anal about it,so I mix it up a bit now and again! Big Grin
I'm sticking with completely MAD. Big Grin

D,A third of a YS 14" Pizza, reduced to 70p in Morries. Should keep me fed for a couple of days!.
Strange but tasty Sunday lunch today. I've always liked a Sunday roast so slow cooed a joint of brisket. As I don't eat veg or carbs I was at a loss as to what to have with it? Huh
Finished up with grilling cheese plus boiled eggs  with sliced meat and gravy over it. Very tasty but I do msis my Yorkies! Rolleyes
B. Porridge
L. Leftover pizza (I still have half left!)
D. Leftover Quorn nuggets and baked beans.
There'll be something for afters later
Tried a new nacho’s recipe. Really really enjoyed it.
