Ribeye for brekkie and cooking bacon, fried eggs and mackeral in tomato sauce for lunch. I am now officially stuffed, so that should do me for the day!
Tonight is spinach, broccoli and cheddar frittata with salad and homemade slaw.

B. Porridge, stewed apple and Greek yogurt
L. Avocado and hummus on toasted sourdough.
Grapes
D. Mushrooms, courgettes and carrot in macaroni with parmesan cheese.
A slice of chocolate cake. I've no idea how its expected to serve 16 slices. Wink

A FREE day.
'Smash' burgers for kato and I for lunch. Yellow sticker chicken drummers for ron. Also got two large trays of YS chicken thighs which will keep Kato going for a while! Cool
Finished off last night’s frittata and slaw.
B. Stewed apple, yogurt and granola
L. Avocado, cucumber, lettuce and tomato salad
D. Leftover mushroom & courgette macaroni thing.
There'll be a lump of chocolate cake later.

All FREE except the granola. I should stick to porridge as I'm often given that. Big Grin
Venison steak with cauliflower and broccoli cheese
B. Rhubarb, yogurt & granola
L. Cheese bread, pear and grapes
D. The last of the sourdough focaccia, toasted with tomatoes and parmesan cheese on top (poor Veggie pizza!)

All FREE except the granola.
Ribeye and eggs after a fishing trip. Couldn't resist picking three of my apples and making stewed apple with a bit of cream.
Brunch at 11.00am consisted of air fryer thick cut bacon, pan fried black pudding, microwaved scrambled eggs and straight from the tin mackeral fillets in tomato sauce. A nice healthy slab of butter was added to keep up my saturated fat intake.
