D. Prawn popping things, mixed grains (wholegrain rice, pearl barley and quinoa). 2
All FREE except the salmon paste which has lasted for 3 days!

Leftover noodles, might even be enough for tomorrow too. Good job P eats what he's given without complaint.

Sausage, scrambled egg & tomato yesterday. Today will be a small pork joint with veg. I likes my Sunday dinner!

Slow cooker brisket, beer, onions, carrots, parsnips, sprouts and some roasties from the freezer.

Chilli fried Halloumi, sardines and salad on this Meatless Monday.

L. Seed bread, cheese and coleslaw sandwich.
Sourdough pastry thing
D. Stirfried carrot, radish, beetroot (from the GH) and mushrooms with noodles and Sweet Chilli sauce. The beetroot turned everything pink.

Bought 3 mushrooms - the rest was FREE.
