I tried growing them once with no success.
After the failure I threw the used compost under the staging in the greenhouse. Lo and behold,I harvested loads of large mushrooms soon after!
YS Sizzle n' Stir No Duck Gochujang with salad. Not bad for 75p and added red pepper & red onion to it to bulk it out!
I also had a Sirloin steak with it as I thought it would be rubbish.
I was wrong, it was ok by itself!

Beef chilli that's in the slow cooker tonight, maybe even enchiladas, depends on how the mood takes me.
I did some slow cooker mushy peas today so we’re having fish, chips and peas this evening.
