Veggie lasagne with a cheesy baguette.

Cauliflower cheese, new potatoes and carrots.

Beef mince & onion fried in butter early and YS smoked cod with pickled herring and olives later.

B. Strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Toasted cheese bloomer.
Tangerine
D. Pasta with mangetout and tuna.

Bought granola, yogurt and tuna. The rest was FREE.

Fried off some lambs liver, cooked of some belly pork in oven. Chopped belly pork into chunks the size of liver pieces and up til now just been grazing on them cold! Very tasty and filling!

Pasta salad tonight.

Much the same as yesterday apart from breakfast.
B. Sourdough toast & blackberry jam
L. Toasted cheese bloomer.
Tangerine
D. Leftover Pasta with mangetout and tuna.

Bought tuna. The rest was FREE.

The lasagne  turned out  more larger than I expected   so we finished that of yesterday.

Today our usual tagliatelle and bol.

Scrambled egg and full fat cottage cheese for brekkie , ribeye & black pudding for lunch and just had rest of cottage cheese with Garlic sausage for tea/supper!

Jam & cream swiss roll.
D. Pakora, samosas & onion bhaji with minted baby potatoes.

A totally FREE day.
