My onions from last year are finished but I am slowly getting through this years 'bolted' onions by cutting out the central core. The ones that haven't bolted are growing well and I should be self sufficient in onions again this year!   Chuffed that I have never needed to buy an onion for about 4 years!

DUH!

Beef bhuna, rice, naan breads, koftas with a yoghurt dip and chutney.

Lasagne and home grown veg tonight and probably tomorrow, looking at the size of it.

B. Strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Sourdough toast & jam
D. Homemade tuna and mash fish cakes with mangetout.
