Roast beef today.  Yesterday we had a BBQ of sausages, bacon and halloumi, roasted tomatoes sweetcorn cobs and rosties. as it was warm and sunny.  Though to be honest we barbie throughout the year.  Have a traditional charcoal one and a gas cadac which we cook a lot of paella's on.  Thinking about it we don't use our kitchen cooker that often as we also have a log burning fire with an oven and hob that we use in the winter months.
Slow cooker brisket with roasties, mashed potato, carrots, kale and french beans.

Forgot to mention the Yorkshire puds, they’re mixed and will be going in the oven in a couple of hours.

L. Sourdough toast, crab paste & lettuce
D. Hodmedod Coral lentils in a tomato sauce with mashed spuds and carrots.

You can expect to see lentils on my menu for the next few days!!

Lots more lentils left for tomorrow. Big Grin
Last night was lobster macaroni
Tonight is roast lamb leg with veggies. Probably the remains of the lamb tomorrow night.
B. Sourdough toast & blackcurrant jam
L. Lentil soup and a hot cross bun
D. Lentils mixed with leftover potato & carrot mash and dolloped into the frying pan until they were crispy. Accompanied by Onion relish made July 2021.

I may freeze the rest of the lentils so that I can eat something different tomorrow!
Potato & the last of the over wintered beetroot rosti, topped off with a couple of fried eggs. Red cabbage & carrots cooked with garlic & ginger. It was supposed to be a stir fry but MrPP popped to see a neighbour and ended up drinking beer at the pétanque piste with the mayor so it was more of a stew by the time he got back!!
Yesterday was curry and rice this evening meatballs in a pasta and tom sauce.
Poached salmon and 'seared' beef steak.

L. Cheese, lettuce and mayonnaise
D. Lentils again - with pasta - Lentil bolognese. ...........and I still have some left for tomorrow. Big Grin
