Golly Vinny you have got one mighty appetite.
Saag Aloo, with rice, naans, chutney and a yoghurt dip.
Lambs liver, bacon & onions for brunch with enough left for Ron at about tea time.
Hot dogs in brioche buns with a pasta, mushroom, courgette and Stilton bake.
Last night was a venison steak toasted sandwich with garlic herb mayo.
Tonight pork spare ribs in a Chinese style sauce with egg fried rice.
I seem to have missed a few days of "Recipes" - didn't want to bore you with the repetitiveness of my meals!
All breakfasts have included a peach, yogurt and granola.
All lunches had an avocado or two with salad or sourdough toast. Avocados finished now!
Most dinners this week had YS Spring rolls or Filo prawns/prawn toast with either beansprouts/mushrooms or green beans.
Tonight was different - mixed salad of grated cheese, carrot, beetroot, lettuce, cucumber and chips.
Meatalicious day today!
Brunch consisted of 3 sausages, 2 slices of bacon and a burger with cheese on. 3 hours later I've had Rbeye steak and four slices of black pudding! Yum!!!! Dunno whether that will do me for today or not...............we'll just have to see?
