Fried chicken livers and prawns. Hard to believe I am on my three score years and ten final year and have never had chicken liver before? Cry Rather nice actually! Smile
B. Sourdough malted bread with blackcurrant jam
L. The leftover fish fillet in a sandwich. I microwaved the fish to warm it up but it was as tough as the sole on my boots.
D. Cheap cheese & tomato pizza ?69p with some red pesto to liven it up.
Chicken Maryland, mash and baked beans, followed by apple lattice and ice cream

I much prefer the chicken livers turned in to a pâté or parfait. They can overlook in the pan very easily and become dry and grainy.

I much prefer the chicken livers turned in to a pâté or parfait. They can overlook in the pan very easily and become dry and grainy.
They weren't overcooked! Smile
So much so that I could see a 'pinkish' tinge but I imagine they would go rubbery or dry if overcooked. Rolleyes
Sirloin steak and trout.
Lambs liver and onions with mashed potatoes, kale and carrots.
B. Sourdough Malt bread & Mixed fruit jam (must have been made from the odds & ends in the freezer!)
L. SD ciabatta with hummus and coleslaw
D. Edamame & Mung bean Fettucine with mushrooms and red pesto.
