Bulgur wheat salad with beetroot, asparagus, coriander, parsley, random leftover red cabbage and a mustard dressing. It was boring so thank goodness for leftover chocolate pudding to follow!

Don’t know if I’m going to manage a slice of rhubarb & vanilla cake.

Good thinking PP!  I was wondering what to do with my leek glut remains and to top it all I have loads of bacon nearing it'si use by date!

Vegetable spaghetti salad with a Thai dressing, egg mayo, endive, olive oil potatoes.

Turkey breast steaks seasoned with Italian herbs served with snowball turnips (a huge bag full bought from Morries for 20p),broad beans and mashed sweet potatoes with gravy.

Pizza night, I’m having the full veggie without the olives. Don’t know which one Bob is having.
