Of course - if everything was from your rations. Wink My breakfast, which I'll probably have again today was all in one bowl.............and its lubbly jubbly. Big Grin

Today for brunch I had  ribeye steak with two fried eggs. Two hours later I've had another two braising steaks (only £3.20 for both at Morries) )with butter melted over.
Pork spare ribs and chips.

I pull a sick face when I read your meals, Vinny. Its 35+ years since I've eaten an animal's body and I won't be starting again soon.
Yesterdays leftover cabbage, potato and carrots with courgettes, mushrooms tomato and a pepper added and microwaved, 4 eggs added on top and some grated cheese then baked in the oven - will do for tomorrow as well.
Pork spare ribs with homemade bbq sauce and chips.

I'm beginning to think the same way about carbs,sugars,veggies and procesed foods..................and it's only been 3 months! Each to there own veggie, each to there own! Smile
Pork dinner yesterday today Courgette koftas in a spicy Tom sauce with Naan breads.
Salmon fillets with a bbq glaze. Rice & mixed vegetables
B. Plums, yogurt and granola (Use it up day!)
L. Salad - lettuce, cucumber , tomatoes, carrot and avocado
D. Vegan burger and courgettes
