Chuck steak and a small sirloin steak for lunch with scrambled eggs. Tea time was two scotch eggs.
Air fried cooking bacon (45p) and four fried eggs for brunch. Slow cooked steak for Ron.

Last night was chicken curry. Don’t know what tonight will be yet.
Just had fried beef mince & scrambled eggs for elevenses,possibly a ribeye for ron.
