The sun has stopped my gallivanting but today its cloudy so I've collected:-
4 lots of books from different people and offloaded a bag of books on one of them;
10 foil trays of dog food;
a shed clearout of gardening stuff including a full size garden fork and spade, Tomorite and some lawn feed (have to find a lawn first)
3 Wet pots (terracotta pots that sit inside glass containers and wick up the water for the plants - herb or houseplant size)
Some magnetic cable tidies from the girl who is sent stuff by Amaz0n to review
4 loaves of sourdough bread from the same girl who told me that she's going to collect from Tesco too so keep watching!!

OUT went a dish drainer that was previously an IN but was so badly designed that you couldn't fit a coffee mug on the bottom rack (came from NEXT so don't buy one there).
A bag of vintage fabrics came in today! Smile
A good IN today!! 10 Stepping stones that look like a coiled rope - intending to put them in the path to the chicken house which sloped downhill and also gets muddy.
A recent OUT were 6 plastic chocolate tubs (Quality street/Roses) for Toby, a pony who has an itch. He needs to take 24 antihistamines daily so his owner wanted 10 tubs so that she could mix up Toby's daily dose in a tub.
Today's INs and OUTS were books.
I only wanted 5 Terry Pratchett books (because SC told me to read them) but I had to take the rest of the job lot too - must be 100-150 books!!
Some local history (that I'll keep) and a few others - maybe 20 books for me. I've already given away 4 carrier bags full to a man who wanted Andy McNab/SAS/War type books. There's another bag full of rugby books and another of autobiographies - mostly of people I have no interest in whatsoever.
The SAS man is coming back tomorrow to have a rummage through them, then I move on to Plan B - the man who collects hardback non-fiction - or Plan C - Morrisons charity book stall.
I do like Terry Pratchett, such wry humour.
OUT - the "SAS" man came and took all the surplus books (including some of mine that I sneaked in). In total, 4 boxes and 3 carrier bags of books. He's going to put them in the telephone box/library. I keep meaning to go there as its also a seed library. Big Grin
Which Pratchett books did you get veggie?
Hogfather. Raising steam, I shall wear midnight, A blink of the screen, Unseen Academicals, Dodger, Darwins Watch.
I have a few of his books already but haven't read them for ages.
IN today was meant to be 3 loaves of Sourdough bread - which turned into 7 loaves when I picked them up as other people hadn't turned up to collect theirs.
Also some low-energy light bulbs.
OUT went 2 loaves and a box of books about Rugby to my brother who, luckily, lives in the next street to the bread lady. Big Grin
IN came 5 more low energy light bulbs - big ones that will fit the outside lights and 2 x IKEA underbed storage boxes with lids. There's actually no space under any of the beds here but these boxes are great for seedlings in the GH as you can put the lid on them overnight.
OUT went 2 bags of clothes that had previously been INs but didn't fit/weren't my style (that means they were too smart).
