IN today - 20 packets of seeds from the Seed Swap
An Advent Calendar of Pukka tea bags - 2 for each of 24 days. This was a prize I won at the Splott Seed Swap
Also in - 2 bags of Earl Grey and another similar tea.
I have enough tea to see me through 2024 at 1 teabag a day!

Only one a day? I get through at least half a dozen, unless I make one teabag do a pot for two. As you can probably guess I don't care for strong tea. I do draw the line at drying them out and using them again though  Tongue.........unless there's going to be a shortage.

My IN probably tomorrow:  I've been promised some cat litter trays for the garden, I'm hoping they'll be big ones. OUT went a couple of jigsaws to a charity shop.
One tea bag a day is all I need. I put it in the pot in the morning, fill the pot with water and keep topping it up through the day. I drink it hot or cold, Its very refreshing in hot weather. Herb tea isn't meant to be strong not the stuff you can stand a spoon up in!
IN came 3 loaves of OLIO bread and 6 bags of stirfry vegetables.
OUT went most the raw dog meat I acquired recently - the one that had insects in it Sad. The dogs liked it but I didn't enjoy handling it so I gave it away.
Went to Church this morning as I couldn't go to the £5 Pantry this week (clashed with the dogs having their hair cut).
Not much left except bananas - lots and lots of slightly black bananas! I'll be on the Banana Diet this week.Big Grin
Also had some baby potatoes, mushrooms, basil and coriander (these are now in water, hoping for roots). Herb tea & wholemeal rolls.
Then I went foraging at the back of other people's cupboards. Big Grin One girl is moving and the other girl contacted me and offered me her stuff too.
The moving lady belongs to one of the subscriber food thingies, Hello Fresh, so there are lots of packets of bulgur wheat, couscous, rice and pasta, plus seasonings - peri-peri sauce, teriyaki, tomato paste, vegetable stock and mayonnaise, tomato sauce. Also Christmas chocolates, tea, crisps & popcorn. From the other lady, tins of vegetables, soup, cranberry sauce, peanut butter, Wine vinegar, Balsamic Fig Relish and some baby food. I'm sure the dogs will eat that!
Collecting other people's random food is better than Christmas. Big Grin
Can't stop, going to eat a banana.
Today I was left some spuds, 2 onions a swede and half bag of basmati rice.
In amongst my collections today was a pack of Hot Chilli Sauces:-

IN today came 2 boxes of 2 x Vegetarian pies. That's tonight's dinner sorted. Big Grin

OUT went some Yellow Flag Iris roots for someone's pond edges.
