^^^ surely you're not being sexist Can? Big Grin as it's a 'she' maybe it's a real woman's dog too. .........only joking Can, don't take it personally. Smile
No squabbling - Misty the dog is a she, my brother is a he but he is the softie, not the dog .Big Grin
Funnily enough, my brother's granddaughters aren't the least concerned about the dog but some of his older grandsons are scared stiff of her. Big Grin
As for me, she barks when I arrive, I ignore her until she stops, I sit down and eventually, she'll come to me but we don't have the tickling tums relationship that I have with the other dogs - that's me tickling them, not the other way round. Wink

No sexism intended, apologies if I offended anybody.
Can, JJB's joking. She's a very norty person. Feel free to Tongue at her.
Today's INs are 5 books, including Monty Don's "My Garden World" a couple of veg cookery books and one small book that I'll probably read first - and bore you with "DO/GROW - Start with 10 simple vegetables".
Also picked up an M&S Scented candle - not just any candle but an M&S Candle - and 2 packs of Incense sticks.
Going OUT tonight are 2 old wooden standard lamps that have been in my way for years. Charity shops aren't interested because they don't have moulded plugs!! These are going to a school classroom - not sure what use they'll be!!
I'm lining up tomorrow's INs already. An Original Organics Wormery (had one before without any success but happy to try again).
Also some Dentistix for the dogs from a lady who lives just down the road a bit - almost a neighbour.
Meanwhile, there are 2 lamps outside my front door awaiting collection in the next half hour. Must look really daft to anyone passing by. Big Grin

Now that you two are friends again, Tongue Tongue

Back on subject, IN came the Dentastix and the Wormery (both collected in the pouring rain)
OUT went the standard lamps last night and I've been sent a photo of the "Cosy Corner" they created for the children who "adore them".
Despite the pouring rain, The Moneyless Chicken went out on a mission to collect unwanted items and turn them into clutter of her own!

First call was to a family that are moving house tomorrow and the ever helpful Chicken had offered to take all the small items of bric-a-brac that remained unwanted, some of it will be kept and used, the remainder offered. The Chicken only wanted the USB plug adapters, a computer headset, and a box of reminder notes in an Elephant dispenser although I may try the Brain Busting Puzzles Ages 8+ and The Botanic Book of Colouring complete with coloured pencils.

Second call required a little thinking outside the box - the egg box. What do you think I'll use them for?
