WEEDING...............about three hours of it at the plot! Cry Got a feeling my back is going to suffer tomorrow. Rolleyes
Planted out my cheapo Wilko begonias after shopping this morning,, there was actually 8 in the packet and far better quality than Farmer Gracy's. Picked MT and strawbs.
Cleared some ground to plant squashes. Based on the advice you've given me about the growth habits of Uchiki Kuri squash, I'm hoping to grow some against the animal pen fencing which is about 3' high. Train them up and along perhaps? Still need room for the Berretini squash and the Dudi - not sure how they grow either.
Finished my fourth loooooooong day in work this week. And actually made it home before dark today - better than getting home at 11pm yesterday!

I have done a quick walk around of the garden. Doesn't look like anything is disastrously dry, so leaving any watering until tomorrow. The biggest challenge will be having any get up and go in the morning!
Planted out my Long Red Florence and Sweetcorn.

Took Hetty for a walk at 5am!
Spent three hours yesterday hand weeding plot. Sick Just had Kato out for an 8000 step walk, having a cup of tea and an egg banjo  then off to the plot for another mammoth weeding session!  Rolleyes What an exciting life I live! Big Grin

Basically a fried egg sandwich. Smile No idea why it's called a banjo, but round here, it is! Rolleyes
Assembled two obelisks I got from Argos and planted out the climbing borlotto beans and thunbergia on them. Also planted out the Heavenly Blue morning glory and Spanish Flag (Ipomoea lobata).
Planted out day today:
DFBs, Ferrari, Opera, Slenderette, Tendergreen and Aquilon. Rather too many considering I wasn't going to grow them this year Smile.
Grandpa Ott morning glories. I'm hoping they'll flower climbing up a west facing wall.
Cucs in greenhouse.
