I did like Tartar sauce after I tried that was the first time a few months ago its especially nice on fishfinger and lettuce cobs.
I just had mayonnaise and marrow fat peas with my Halloumi........both myself and Kato thought it was scrumptious Big Grin

Morning folks, I may be out of commission for a few days as I am going to the local Village Hall at 10.00am for a session of 'ROCKFIT' Cry

I hope they let me in, I have my fiver and a backpack with towel, deodorant, clean tee shirt, bottled water, phone and wallet all packed up. Smile

I do at least 10,000 steps a day walking Kato so feel physically fit,but do no upper body exercises at all so hopefully I will cope?

Its another 'strike through' on my bucket list if I manage it. Big Grin

Oh to be a fly on that wall! Big Grin Don't forget the long johns and shorts and braid the beard nicely. Big GrinBig Grin sorry Vinny could help but take the mickey. I truly think you're very brave. You'll enjoy the music.
Vinnie I watched a Rockfit video  Cry   and I'll stick to my mini trampoline and Wii fit,  thanks  Big Grin
Evening all

Just a heads up! Rolleyes

Rockfit was brilliant, really enjoyed it, Deffo going next weekend! Cool

I even persuaded my Daughter who is on a weight loss program to join in. We both had a good laugh! Big Grin
Vinny having a laugh while keeping fit you can't go wrong.
Afternoon all

Call me old fashioned but I like making and eating my Sunday dinner. Seems to be a thing of the past though with the rest of my family for some reason?
Anyway had a lovely dinner earlier. Lit the woodburner and cut down my butterfly bush in the garden.Did a bit of work on the camper and now its time to take Kato on his second walk of the day. He is parading around getting impatient so I had better go. The doggie deodorant I got for him isn't up to much as he stinks, but its too cold now to give him a bath.

Gotta go so TTFN.
I agree with you Vinny - you can't beat a proper Sunday dinner with a lot of the trimmings Smile Having said that, I often do the trimmings to go with something more mediocre - yesterday we had mince in gravy with loads of carrots in it, with cabbage and pigs in blankets with mash. Simple, basic, healthy food.

Today I've been side-tracked for an hour, starting off with Veggie's suggestion of Sutton's sale, which took me to www.plant-world-seeds.com where I'm finding all sorts of weird and wonderful flowers that somehow JUMPED into my basket - what the....??? Big Grin
Morning all

Couldn't believe how warm it was yesterday, windy and drizzly, but warm. Smile

Today I need to do some shopping and off to Rockfit later.  Rolleyes

My knees seem to have coped with shifting and stacking wood yesterday and with the cost of gas and electric these days I will be relying on heating one room with woodburner. I have just fitted voille curtains to the French doors in that room and its surprising that when drawn they keep in a lot more heat.
I noticed Kato had flees last night and after spraying carpets and adding flee killer to his neck and tail area he seems a lot happier this morning. Need to get some more when out shopping. At least he doesn't stink now I have his Dewberry deodorant to hand. Smile
I  might try and progress a bit more with the camper build as well, but have no set plans.
Try online Vinny, for flea treatments. I use VetUK and Pet meds online. Much cheaper Smile
Just about recovered now from weekend in Sheffield. Youngest son got married (civil partnered?) and managed to spread the celebrations over 2 days.Last night was 'baby sitting' (seven year old) for daughter in Manchester and car had MOT and service today. Hopefully, next event will be Christmas.
