Hey guys what's the verdict on cods roes then? Also great on toast and for breakfast.

I could eat all of that except the white sausage! My step Dad is Scottish and he orders the sausage in by post  OMG! I hate the stuff!

Scarlet in all honesty I’ve no idea what white sausage is?!!  Black pudding now that’s another story!!! Yummy!! ?

Just looked white sausage up on internet, the only one there is German, last I looked we weren’t German up here!! ?

Morning all from a very dank mountainside - they promised wall to wall sunshine and high 20s! Hopefully it'll burn off before lunch as we're meeting friends for a first post-lockdown lunch in the garden of their watermill.
About midnight last night I walked around the garden to look for glowing glow worms & check the electric fence was working, and met a row deer in the middle of the veg garden. I have no idea where they get in, and their numbers are booming. Wolves are coming back, but no doubt they'll all get shot rather than be left to bring some balance!

Perhaps Scarlet meant hogs pudding, which I thought came from the west country.  Anyway that tastes good too, shall we get started on views about haggis?   sorry to hear of your poor night Jay, there's nothing so debilitating than not being able to sleep.

Only tried it the once and wasn't too keen I'll stick with my pinhead oats and weekend bacon instead.   I do like Mackerel on toast for lunch that and Marmite are my favourite things to have on toast.

I’ve no idea what hogs pudding is either JJB but haggis is delicious! Lovely and spicy served with neeps and tatties and whisky sauce...just not for breakfast!! ?

I think I managed about 3 hours sleep last night so I think a nap will be in order this afternoon! Hope you all have a lovely day! x
