Good morning. Its a tad windy here today.
The dog and I nearly got blown away on our morning walk. Its amazing how two days running can be so different weather wise.
My poor potted fruit trees have been blown over and I don't need to feed the birds today as the birdseed tub has been blown off the patio table and spread over the garden.
The birds must think its their birthday!
Anyway, porridge for brekkie then no plans for today, I'll just have to make it up as I go along.
Morning all, it's no wonder why the Brits always talk about the weather, when it changes so much. Long sleeves and long trousers during grave digging (greenhouse excavating) today. Quite relieved really.

I was planning on strimming the paths in the potager today, but as MrPP and I spent the morning strimming yet another knee-high 'lawn' of a second home that hasn't been touched yet this year I think I prefer I lazier pm. That was the last one of our regulars left to do so it is nice to be back in control!!
Seed sowing and aubergine/pepper/chilli planting today as it is due to be a bit cooler for the next few days and will give everything a chance to bed in before the next hot blast. (Whispers - we may even get some rain tomorrow)
oh my days, it is sooo windy. Really worried now we can see how much 2 of our trees move without the huge pine that was blocking inside view of them

Afternoon, we had overnight rain then today it’s been sunny and windy. Not donr much out doors just planting out and potting on.

Sunny again this morning, the dark clouds will gather later when I have to deliver the MiL shopping.
Off over the plots later...sweetcorn ready for its final home. The sunny weather is nice but could do with a drop of rain soon.

Bore da, it’s still a bit windy here, my little boy is limping after his morning walk but, I can’t find anything stuck in his paw. I think he must have twisted it, that’s Spanials for you a bit kamikaze.
Got to brave a food shop this morning, the queues on my way home last night were bonkers. It was easier when everyone was off you could go early on a Thursday morning, Thursdays are like a nothing day, it’s passed halfway but it’s not the weekend so it sort of disappears unnoticed. What was Thursdays child?.
Have a good day all I’m making some more Hokkaido for lunch. Will double batch it today so there might be some leftover.
