What can you add to a bucket of water to make it weigh less?

A vacuum as put it in space? Heat, boil the water off? Something to displace the water, a ball full of air somehow fixed to the bottom of the bucket. A hole, to let the water out? A force, to knock it over? A rythmic motion to make the water slop out?
