I think I'm thinking the same as the rest of you. I do have an alternative for 3 but it would need a hyphen.

My answers were tick, mino, load.
But on reflection I'm not sure that mino is actually a word...

As for having three letters - nope, there's more to it than that.

You can add a the same letter in front of them all to form a new word

Thank to the boss I've got it but was struggling otherwise
