I knew I'd have no chance with this one ^^^ so I've goggled it........I was totally right about no chance! Not in a million years would I have found the answer.
I wouldn't have got it if it was closer to home either.
The last one wasn't hard, just ambiguously worded.
This one is impossible for us Brits! (I googled it as well)

I got it (B) but only got onto the right track because of the other comments!
I should have got it - grew up in American type schools where we learnt the presidents by rote, along with Declaration of Independence, but obviously I didn't learn much so totally missed it.
