Do you have a crew of volunteers coming to help (too far for us, but in another life ...) - board and a camping pitch in return for labour?
Yeah we’ve got a couple of bodies lined up. Only need to feed them as all local.
So exciting. I wish I lived closer.
Me too!
We're all tenterhooks watching the birth of your house SC? Where on earth do you go to buy a house kit!?  Not B&Q I expect Smile

There’s lots of places. If you google house kits .
these guys are making ours https://www.clays.com/
There’s also a thing called turn key builds. They design, build, decorate, furnishings, everything to your specs. So you literally get handed the keys to your new home. You don’t do anything. Now they are **** expensive!
Looking at that then SC, once you get the panels on site and a crane in position, things should go up very quickly? Smile

I imagine the foundations, water mains, electric and sewerage and gawd knows what else will be the time consuming part first though. Cry
Yeah the actual kit should go up fairly quickly. A professional team would put our size kit up in about 3 days. We’re giving ourselves a fortnight.
It’s the “gawd knows what else” bit that is very scary. Because we don’t know what we don’t know. There’s probably a lot we don’t know!
