Windows have been delayed!!

I see the next build mini drama/ crisis/ **it show coming our way  Rolleyes  . In the big scheme of things with our build to date. This really is just a tiny little hiccup! It doesn’t even warrant the mad emoji!

We really are struggling for things to do until we can put windows in. Things are that bad I’m going to do 2 days work this week. And it’s spring cleaning!!
If all else fails, plan your garden. Big Grin
Was that Sh** show or snow?

If it's snow, perfect for the calendar photo Wink
Finished insulating the first half of the attic.

I knew you could find something to do that didn't involve windows. Looks a good size attic.

It is   Smile . It covers the main part of the house (bedrooms, bathroom, utility, kitchen/dinner, hall). As we don’t have roof trusses. It’s very spacious. The amount of people that have suggested it’s a fantastic area for a model railway. Is frankly disturbing  Big Grin . And not going to happen  Big Grin . There’s a few things going up there like the MVHR  and other bits and pieces to run the house but mostly it’ll just be storage. We’ve not had an attic since we’ve lived on mull. And we’ve never had one boarded out and so easily accessible. I did as a kid and it was great. If I’m being factual, we don’t have a boarded out attic. Our solid attic floor is actually structural. Either way, it’s still a big usable space. So I’m very excited about the attic  Cool . You wouldn’t believe how much time I’ve put into researching loft ladders    Big Grin .
Great place to store seeds. Wink
I spent ages researching loft ladders too when I "grew" an attic in the house down west. I wanted one with decent sized steps, not the puny metal ones I have here. Bought a wooden one that folded into 3 and could be pushed up easily through the hatch.
We have windows  Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin
We’ve just got to put them in now!
Which one will you put in first? I'm guessing the kitchen.
