The house is being built on a concrete raft instead of foundations isn't it SC? One hell of a lot of ready-mix concrete to come soon I would imagine.

Yeah concrete raft. Lots of metal work as well as concrete. Just to keep it interesting and more expensive

Looking at what has been dug out you have a lot of peat there, so if you need to clear some space, just bring it down here, I have room for it

Excavator only 13 ton . Dumper is 9 ton.
