I booked my jab for Friday and a follow up one for May. Mine's not in the Cathedral though
I got mine a week past Saturday, everyone was so excited to be involved in such a historical thing! Second dose in 9-12 weeks.
I'm so young I'm last in the queue
Just like to point out I didn’t get mine due to my age!! Just saying!!
I believe you, Jay............as for Scarlet!!
Mrs H and I both had our first jabs (AZ) on Sunday. We're really happy about it, feels like a big step towards normality. Everybody was happy and it didn't hurt.
On Monday Mrs H had a fever and felt rotten, but it had mostly gone by Tuesday and now she is fine.
Good luck everybody with yours!
Just had a date for my 2nd jab - 28th Feb at Splott
Exactly 4 weeks after the 1st.
Had my jab today too
Pfizer though.
Didn't really want that one as it's so genetically engineered, but, heyho, grateful just to have one. My sister in Florida (age 78) and her husband (80) finally managed to register to get a vaccination. It's first come first served for over 65's there. 117, 000 registered in her county (67 counties in Florida). The county is getting only 3,000 doses of vaccine a week. My sis is number 52,627 in the queue. My reckoning takes that to July before it's her turn.

My daughter is a doctor in London and wasn't keen on that one at first but read up on the technical details and decided it was OK. Her concern I think was potential cancer risk, particularly for younger people. She was also told she shouldn't have that one as risk of allergic reaction but decided it would be ok for her and had it anyway.
